When will my order arrive?
American and Asian orders are delivered within 2-10 business days after shipment and European orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment. Check that your address information is sufficient and correct for your order to reach you without any problems
Will the products tarnish?
When purchasing our products, if you want them to never tarnish, make sure that the product description says 'Stainless steel'. Our steel products never tarnish, but our brass products should not come into contact with water.
