PACKAGING
All your orders are sent in a black box with Harlofia print. The box is put into the glittery tulle pouch. It includes a thank you card and a gift for supporting our small business. In order to prevent your order from being damaged in shipping, it is sent in protected bubble envelope packages.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are offered for sale as 925 sterling silver or 24k gold plated. Gold-plated products are plated on brass or metal. Our silver products are produced from pure silver and offered for sale with A+ quality workmanship. In order for the products to be used longer, you should choose 925 sterling silver ones. You can extend the life of our gold-plated products by keeping them away from water, soap, perfume and keeping them in their boxes when not in use.

Will the products tarnish?
When purchasing our products, if you want them to never tarnish, make sure that the product description says 'Stainless steel'. Our steel products never tarnish, but our brass products should not come into contact with water.
